How do we get started?
Tell us about your business, your customers and what you want to improve. We discuss the priorities, then send a written proposal before any work begins.
How long will my project take?
Your schedule depends on the pages, content and integrations. We agree on milestones in your proposal. Having your logo, service details and photos ready helps keep the project moving.
What do I need to provide?
Start with your business name, services, contact details and existing website if you have one. We will help identify the content and assets needed. Any copywriting or photography work is scoped separately.
Pricing & support
Are these final prices?
These are starting prices. Your written proposal confirms the pages, features, integrations, usage allowances and total cost before work begins.
What does the monthly plan cover?
Your plan covers the hosting, maintenance, support and ongoing services listed in your package. AI and automation include monitoring and adjustments within the agreed scope. New pages, features, integrations and workflows are quoted separately.
Can I start with a website and add AI later?
Yes. Start with what you need today. We can add an assistant, booking system or automation when it makes sense for your business.
Are domains and other tools included?
Domain connection is included with website projects. Domain registration, premium software, CRM subscriptions, phone/SMS, email sending, payment processing and high-volume AI usage are separate unless your proposal includes them. We identify those costs before work begins.
Can I cancel my monthly service?
Cancellation terms are explained in your proposal. Some AI and automation projects may have an initial service period. You can review the terms before agreeing.
Scope & payments
What counts as a minor monthly update?
One small content or image update per month, up to 30 minutes. Unused time does not roll over. New pages, redesigns, features and integrations are quoted separately.
How do setup payments and revisions work?
50% of the setup fee is due to begin and the balance before launch. Larger automation projects may use agreed milestones. Setup includes two design revision rounds; extra rounds are quoted separately.
What if I need something outside my package?
We confirm the scope before doing the work. New workflows, major changes and requests outside your allowance receive a separate quote or scope update.
What booking integration is included?
The base Lead & Booking package includes one standard calendar/booking integration and up to two automated workflows. Additional integrations are quoted separately.
Websites & AI
Can you improve my existing website?
Yes. Tell us what works and what feels difficult or outdated. We will recommend a scope based on your existing content and tools.
Will AI replace personal customer service?
No. It can answer common questions and collect details. Complex, sensitive or uncertain requests should go to a person. Answers and workflows are reviewed before launch.
Are the demos connected to real businesses?
The guided demos use fictional business information. Bookings, calls, messages and workflow actions are simulations. They do not create appointments or contact anyone. Live AI, when enabled, is clearly labeled.
Can you guarantee more sales or a Google ranking?
No. We build clear, mobile-friendly websites and useful customer journeys. Sales and search visibility also depend on your offer, traffic, competition and ongoing marketing.
Who controls my domain and accounts?
We recommend keeping your domain and business accounts registered to you. Your proposal defines website ownership, access, third-party licenses and any handover arrangements before you commit.
