Scope comes first
Your accepted written proposal defines your deliverables, prices, integrations, usage allowances and schedule. Any agreed project-specific terms take precedence over this general service summary.
Setup payments and revisions
50% of the setup fee is due to begin; the remaining balance is due before launch. Larger automation projects may use milestones agreed in writing. Setup includes two design revision rounds. Additional rounds are quoted separately.
Monthly care
Website care includes one minor content or image update per month, up to 30 minutes, with no rollover. New pages, redesigns, features and integrations are separate work. AI maintenance and workflow optimization stay within the agreed scope.
Booking and automation
The base Lead & Booking package includes one standard booking/calendar integration and up to two workflows. Your proposal lists the exact automation workflows, approved tools and usage limits. New workflows or major changes require a separate scope.
External costs
Domain registration, premium software, phone/SMS/email, payment processing and external AI/platform fees are separate unless included in writing. Usage above the written allowance is billed separately. We identify these costs before work begins.
Ownership and service changes
Keep your domain and core business accounts registered to you. Your proposal defines ownership, licenses, account access, monthly billing start, cancellation and handover arrangements. Review these before accepting the proposal.
Responsible use
Only provide content and account access you are authorized to share. AI can make mistakes; complex or sensitive requests need human review. We do not guarantee rankings, sales or a specific number of leads.
